some how this afternoon, i somehow goofed up,couldn't get my password to work,tried several times. i had purchased credits,so called my bank, and a number showed up, so called,left a couple of messages, and someone called back,only to find out it was billing department, but he was going to forward info over to another department, asked me for a new password, so used one when i do sweepstakes. later went back, and the password worked,he was also very nice. so i just want to say thanks to wgt for a great staff. thanks,patsyann from florida
