So let's say you sold a club for half it's original price, then WGT takes 10%, there would be very little difference between that price and what you get now.

erm, no. You didn't do the math homework.

Say selling a G10 driver.  Now WGT gives you 200 cr.

If you sold for half original price, (980 /2) you get 490

    WGT gets a 10% commission, (490 x 0 .1)            -49

    You end up with......................................................441 cr

That's more than twice as much as now.

    Here it is pizt.

    Just answer the question.

Explain what losses you are talking about?

Player one pays  980 credits for original club. Player two buys same club and Wgt get 49 credits instead of what they currently get - 980 for the sale of another new club to player two.  Player one then uses credits gained from sale of club to go towards new club, thus denying Wgt a further amount that player one would have to have otherwise spent to make up the amount needed for the new club.

I think WGT would still make money.  Not just the 10% commission on second hand sales, but what they will always make money on - balls.

Keep in mind too that the only reason a player sells clubs is to buy more stuff.  So they're not "losing".  It may even stimulate the frequency of sales.

Imo, at the moment, once a player takes the plunge on a set of clubs, they stick doggedly to them until they unlock something far better - not just a bit better.  I think better trade in value would encourage faster turnover in clubs up through the levels.  For me, rather than slog to level 59 for my next purchase(s) I'd've probably already replaced my iron set and driver at the very least.

At the very least...wgt should create overtime a way that friends can buy clubs from each other, meaning for original price of the club that the friend buys it for...wgt gets 75% of the credits and yourself 25%. I'd feel better this way.

Well auctions, 50% value and trades seems nice but not sure  wgt company will see much cost benefit to those.

Well just my little say in the matter

    All the best

    Merk
