Connection problems

  Can someone please help! Lately I have been getting disconnected a lot,

  The message says: Connection Lost:

  could not connect to WGT there seems to be a problem with your internet connection. A connection with the WGT servers could not be established.

  Then I get the message: We're sorry, there has been an error with the game, please close this window and try again later.

  I have checked everything and followed all instruction for resolution setting, clearing cookies and cache and antivirus settings.

  I get this 1 a lot but it doesn't seem to affect the game, I always see it when I'm checking forums and CC info. I never have to sigh in again or anything like that.

  Strange thing is that I upgraded my adsl speed and now my game loads slower between shots compared to before, have no idea why? Don't think the cause of these errors are entirely our (the users) fault....

  Well mine happen during play and after about four or five time on clinking yes restart I get kicked off and have to restart and sign in.

  What browser are you using? I used to have that exact same prob until i switched to Chrome.

  I agree, Chrome seems to be better for disconnects I found

  Made the switch to chrome and problem seems to be resolved.

  My main issue at the moment is playing 9 and 18 holes against other people, after a few holes my screen freezes so i have to turn off computer and turn it on again by that time the game i have started it wont let me back in. Blitz games matchplay and alternate shot matches i still get frozen screen but when i log back in the timer is on and i can rejoin the the game i am playing. Please help me as its driving me mad, i am using chrome, i i have tried numerous other things and it only happens on WGT.
