Error message - game load issues

  I'm getting this message

  Error #2170: https://sdms.wgt.com/upload/2019/2/c172530_20190204_045802.jpg

  Retry load?

  If I hit "yes" nothing really happens

  If I hit "no", the game will hang at 0% loading. If I it refresh in the browser, it reloads and brings me to the "continue game" screen like I had saved, or exited before finishing.

  Then the game will load and play

  Using Maxthon, already cleared cookies and cache.  Windows XP

   

  Any ideas?

  Try retro mode for Maxthon, or a different browser.

  Hi Scott 

  I know this is old but this is what came up in my search lol  I been having the loading issue popup the last few days and getting booted out of my game any suggestions

  Hi Mel, have you tried switching your router off for a few minutes, then back on.
