Clear your Browser out and close the browser and then reopen it.

This worked for me.

It’s all at WGT , because I was just in email contact with them they asked for a screenshot which said 10 h 34 mins , and by the time I went back in to take my screen shot it was showing 3 hrs 59 , so I think they have just done something this minute

IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME, AND I HAVE DONE IT 3 TIMES TODAY JUST 5 MINUTES AGO.

Without clarity by 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern/2 AM GMT … there is a club wide message going out (and in forum) we are sitting out this clash, or really monstrosity. 48 minutes!

Plus there should be compensation for those who bought passes.

The first paragraph stands. We are out of here if not fixed and compensation

So 16 hours into the club clash, they fix the problem. (LOL. one would think they would give the 10 minutes. Nope.)

No explanation. What my club members do is up to them. Black Diamond GC does not need 2 custom courses and the 4 free xp passes/person that badly. I am out of this.

After 4 straight on CB, we finally got BP F9.

That still doesn't get me over WGT incompetence and how they fixed (or didn't) the guys stuck with 12 hour passes. Even when they fixed the mess, I still had to wait out the 20 minutes on the pass I earned 9 hours ago. Still deafening silence.

A public response from WGT would be appreciated. And acknowledgment of problem.

My clubs participation going forward remains at issue absent responses.

It appear they have finally fixed the mess. (They fixed it so badly that some of my club-mates got 4 hour passes, but I was stuck with the 50 minutes left on my pass, no credit for the pass I used 11 hours ago.)

11 hours into clash, I am hard pressed to care. Moreover, WGT has posted nothing so I guess they want us to think their mess never happened. Ignoring facts/denying facts do not work for me, We know the facts, we do not know what happened today, and we need to hear WGT explain it.
