Redeeming Views Help

  Just completed my 50th view on the new Free Credits Videos. Decided to redeem my views for 75 credits, so I clicked all the buttons and whatnot. However, my account has not been credited and my views have been reset to 0.

  The funny thing is, I had previously redeemed 5 views on the first day release. Any help, anybody?

  my roommate and i played free credit games and watched videos and did not get our credits 100.00 credits each just letting you know im fsatbike my roommate is darkman0878       just letting you know !      thanx fsatbike

  Any update on this Jack?  Have you received the credits for redeeming your views?

  I've been saving up mine as well for the 75 credit redemption and will have enough tomorrow but am curious as to how you made out with it.

  Redeemed my 75 yesterday ,, still waiting for credits !!

   Just redeemed 5 today, got those lol

  I just watched 2 videos and got the 20 credits for the first one

  then watched the second one and all it says was watch video to get 20 credits and it didnt give them to me it wanted me to connect to facebook, it didnt say watch and connect to facebook or I wouldnt have clicked it

  watched the dumb video 2 times still no credit

  So I finally had enough views to redeem for the 75 credits level.  I took a deep breath and clicked on the virtual buttons to redeem them.  Crossed my fingers, refreshed my screen and.................YES!!!  It worked fine for me.  :)  Received my credits instantly.

  Hope this has been resolved for you as well Stormy and Jack.

  Yeah, I e-mailed WGT in the "Contact Us" section, telling them of my problem, and they replied very quickly, fixing my problem straight away and giving me my 75 credits. The help was much appreciated.

  Some how I won't be making 75. Took the 5 the 1st day this week Tuesday.  Just now counted them all up and tomorrow, Saturaday, the 17th, I'll watch 3 video's for 50 credits I hope.  How did I miss?  I clicked on the 5 credit survey 1st and redeemed it and now, I'm off from hitting 75 points. (Yes, I'm adding them up daily and not redeeming to collect all at once.)
