Fast customer service???

    Anyone ever contact customer service here? If so was it a quick reply?

    I just purchased the wrong wedge and need them to swap it out.

    Crap. Had the wrong wedge window open and bought the CG56 instead of the CG52 and I have 3 or 4 RGs to play and know nothing about the yardages or spin of the 56. I rented the 52 and have it mapped out.

    I guess I could go back to my G10's and 2 wedges for the RGs.

    3 hours to reply to my email and the credits were already refunded.

    Pretty damn good WGT. I'm impressed.

    I also made errors in purchaisng and have emaild : members@

    usually within a day (unless its a weekend) and they have replied and been happy to rectify my error
