Thanks to those who have helped.... especially luckysump and MBaggese. As for Smashauface, I assume he is either a " kid with no patience", or it's the wrong time of the Month for him !

    The end.

your life story is similar to mine :).....except i dont write english has good has you :)i am TM ....and i still find this game verry frustrating most time ....i just played a 9 holes i shot a plus 5 ..on slow greens ....i wanted to kill ...........the ball.........here is what i have notice from the verry good players on this site.....if like me they have a bad game ....they forget about it in no time ...they show great patience........they dont take this game to seriusly.its only a hard game to Master ..this is why the good ones practice and practice some more...hope you dont give up on this great game ....hope life get better for you ....my first week i wanted to give it up every game i played glad i did not give up:)

A thousand apologies my friend ! Your advice was noted and I will do my best to follow it, but I seem to have been distracted by our Canadian friend, at the time.

As I always say to my lot, over here in Britain.....if we're going to have best friends who look out for us in this world.... thank God our best mate is America. Nobody's going to picking fights with us in a hurry !

    Thanks again DarSum.

About the 500 credit monthly Premiums,  entering them is fun and challenging.

If you are tight on credits , I'd recommend looking at the other scores posted and see if you're competitive before spending your last credits to enter. Those 500 credits may be spent investing in better wedges  or ?

I enjoy the monthly premiums and enter even when knowing it would take my best round to break into the podium, so please don't think Im discouraging it. Just saying if limited credits available, put it where it will improve your game the most.

If you like to gamble , try the ready-go tourneys at 100 credits each.  You can make the top half of field and earn some winnings ( and I think the top 15 make $$) versus only the top 3 players earning anything in the monthly premium

It was my own fault Dianne81. I didn't spot the 500 credit charge, otherwise I wouldn't have gone near it.  robdelahunty - you're right mate.... I forgot about that nasty tea business !

Well.... my level is slowly going up..... but my average certainly isn't coming down !  I hope those surveys I did pay up, because I'd love to go shopping !
