  Finally....a sub 30 round....a pretty 29.......I have never achieved it until late the other night...wow....such a great feeling to say the least...

  I know I know ....been done many times before by all the great ones here...but just for that one moment , I could stand along side the great ones here...Bollox ,Av Lee, Priestess, Dianne81 etc etc....Rarefied air indeed !!!

  Congrats to you!...So far the responses are nice ( which it should be )...Hopefully  some of the the regular posters to this forum won't say to you...."What, you missed a bird and didn't shoot lower".....Yep, i posted a scorecard with a 28 awhile back and received a comment like that...

  Haha, I do that to myself.  My very first 29 I was mad at myself because it really could have been much lower (missed a 24 by a total of 5-6'), and I recently shot a 28 at Congressional where I birdied the first 8 holes on the back, then bogeyed #18 and the bogey was what stuck with me.

   

  Ben, big CONGRATS for the 29.  They seem to come easier after the first.
