Do all submitted bugs reports get answered?

    I have submitted at least 2 reports this month while Playing in bracket tournaments and have not rec'd any response and cannot find any reference to them in the forums.  

    Just wondering if I'm looking in the wrong place.  Anyway would like to know what your findings were.

    Don,

    I use the bug report method.  I actually went from a replay the shot , left click, select the report and typed the issue.

    thanks Don,

    Clearly my email is OK as I am receiving your responses on my email and notification of purchases of Balls etc.

    I'm pretty sure the amount of play has increased with everyone at home.  Also the rollout of the new program.  I was hoping there was someplace I could check to see if the bug even got sent.  No biggy  life goes on.  Stay healthy

    And you won't. WGT does not respond with whatever action they took.

    He was asking about bug reports sent in game. And No they do not respond. It clearly states that you will not receive a direct response from this bug report. We may contact you if we need additional information.
