Newbie question

  I was in my first game playing for 18k. Half way through, it said I forfeited the game. What would cause that and is there a way to get the lost credits back? I only have about 10k. Thanks

  Not to sound mean but if you can't afford to lose credits don't gamble with them. Could be a few reasons why this has happened to you.

  Lol. I was up by 3 strokes on the 4th hole. It was a question about technical difficulty, not whether or not I could afford the points/coins, but thanks for the constructive response.

  Simply contact Customer Service and explain what happened. You should be able to get a refund.

  Could be but he did say credits.

  It is wise to build up at least 15 to 20 buy ins for the coin room you want to play... coin rooms are high variance and there are a lot of coin room specialist.  Unless you are very good, it is easy to go on a string of losses.  

  Use the level up bonuses and daily spins to build your coin bankroll while playing low stakes and gaining experience.  As you play higher coin rooms, you lose your forward tee advantage so you may find the games more challenging.  

  Either way only having 20k and risking half when your still learning is not advised unless you want sucked into buying coins which many feel are worthless.

  If you run out of time twice when playing you will forfeit the game.

  Lately I’ve had coin room games freeze while I was leading and I too lost the coins.  My ice ups occurred on the last hole of play.  It’s definitely frustrating.  Just send a message to WGT Customer Support and be patient as they’ll eventually right the wrong.

  I missed this... I am really curious though... you reported playing what sounds like the 10k room and reported playing for 18k which is to be expected for that coin room.

  This particular coin room is only 3 holes... can you help me understand how you were only half way through a 3 hole game expecting to go to the 4th hole?  

  If you were winning and the game bugged or glitched out, the others posting that submitting the issue to Customer support should get your entry fee back.  To my knowledge they don't issue the "winning amount" but they do issue the entry fee in many cases.
