I gifted balls to the wrong player name....

  Me and my friend LIIST gifted a pack of Bridgestone ultra slow meter balls to DOUG when we meant to gift them to Doug31. Well, DOUG is not an active player and hasn't played since 2011. LIIST and I were wondering if we can get our credits back for that mistake? Or take the balls we gifted to DOUG and give them to Doug31?
