    Got mine today.   Only 42 phone calls, 29 faxes, and 37 emails!  Whew, i got my hat and bag tag!

    I've received both hats this time. Last year I had to ask two times but finally received those. This lady is very nice and will make sure you receive your hats. All you have to do is follow up with her, she is very quick with responses to questions. WGT does not have anything to do with this offer other than holding the tournament.

    EDIT Got this mail back today (8 Nov)

    Thank you for your e-mail to the United States Golf Association. I apologize that you’ve never received your package. Our records indicate that a package was mailed to you 8/16/10. Not sure what happened. I will have another package mailed to you from our offices here in New Jersey. You should receive it within the next week or so.
