New Skins game format - ? ?

  • New Skins game format
  • Expanded end-of-game challenges
  • More Virtual Equipment, especially for higher Level / Tier players
  • Additional features and improvements based on player feedback

  WGT ...

  the SKINS format , is what we need most.

  If not new courses ,, this is the next-best thing.

  Some of the other 3 enhancements,have started to appear, but the SKINS is what we need.

  Id also love to see a "captain and crew " format introduced!! or I should say..'captain and mate"  ,.....a 4 some with 2 player teams!!!  Sometimes referred to as "Vegas"

  Skins game would be awesome indeed!! As would be a 2 vs 2 scramble mode or just single team 3/4 player scramble stroke play.

  I also think a skins format would be very fun.  Not sure how it would work.

  It could be done in a ready go format, so you choose your course, pay to enter (300 credits or so?), go up against 3 others so there is 1200 in the pot, WGT takes its 10% and then the credits are displaced over the 9 holes in increasing value.  That would be very fun and something different.

  Just what the game needs ... another 90 minute 9 hole round for skins.  Or better yet 18 holes in 3 hours.

  By the way .. if you really want to you can play skins now.   All you need is a pencil and paper.

  1. Play a 4 player game
  2. Decide on how much you want to bet per hole
  3. Determine if you want carryovers on a tie
  4. Keep track on the paper - using the pencil
  5. Settle up your bets in Match Play mode ...

  Of course you have to believe 1) WGT will be taking their regular cut and 2) players in states where gambling won't be allowed can not participate ... But if they want to play ... you can pay them off with golf balls.

  This would excite me if the 'tier' part actually means some 'tier only' equipment to make elevating something desired rather than a drawback.
