Help, newbie issues

  Hello guys,

   

  as a new player, there are a few things I seem to not get working right:

  when earning new rental clubs, I often get an error code saying whatever so I can never get a rental driver or wedges. Is this  common issue? I tried to reach out to WGT but no replies. 

  Also, when advancing to a new tier, I got this pop up offering better balls. I click on claim but no balls in sight. Could I possibly have misunderstood this reward/offer, that it's not for free?

  On the balls it is just saying that you unlocked them. That means that you reached the level that allows you to buy those balls.

  It's a bug.  When you level up, WGT offers you your choice of 2-3 clubs to rent for free for 2 hrs.  But some of the clubs they offer are actually no longer for sale in the Pro Shop.  If you try to rent one of those, it will give you an error.

  I see, thanks. With a bit of luck WGT will look into this.
