When game freeze

  This morning...suddendly game stopped during playing session. Is there possibility to get money back? I think both of us players loose money.

  Are you playing on mobile tablet or phone , in the coin rooms ? If so you close out of the game and come immediately back in , and it should have saved game and open it back up to allow you to continue. 
  if not mobile someone else will answer you I am sure

  Should be exactly the same for PCEA too.
