    Just leveled up to 102,and no free rental on the titleist ts3 lvl 102 driver! Anybody else exprience this? Already sent email to customer support. Just wondering if any other players have any info. Ty

    Not that unusual. Over the years, there have been a number of clubs WGT has not offered as free rentals upon leveling up.

    I don’t think you get any offers after level 100, but I might be wrong

    I thought it was after Level 110. But I could be mistaken.

    You're very welcome.

    I had a similar experience when I reached Level 98. At the time, I was really looking forward to getting a free rental on the Sabertooth Level 98 putter. Nope. Didn't happen. When I contacted CS, they simply told me they don't offer that club as a free rental when a player levels up. 

    So, I just waited for a free rental weekend. 😀

    Thx all,just to complete the story c/s contacted me. Apparently there is some glitch. I was offered a free rental (at the time of the lvl up) but it was weird, it said ther is only one item left to try but then offered me the lvl 92 meter 3wd? So any way customer support apologized for the goof,told me to go ahead and rent the club and they would simply reimburse me😁.....still waiting on the credit payback,keeping my fingers crossed.   

         P.S. Received reimbursement today(7/17)! Thank you wgt c/s!
