My workaround(From Scott Hope) Was to install OBS Studio.
It has a Replay Buffer on it.

I do believe Windows 10, Nvidia & AMD software all have the ability to record 'replays' of what's going on on your computer screens. (Thanks to RaVeN9347 for the tip about Windows 10 Xbox Game Bar).

We want a replay function. I want a replay function. It's hard to do and we have a lot of stuff to do first.

Nvidia has Geforce experience that gives you many options.
I'm playing for team red currently (AMD), but I think Nvidia's (team green) replay feature is called ShadowPlay.
