Black Screen

  I have played 2100 rds. and 300+ consecutive days without any trouble with anything.Today when I push play game I get a black screen and I need to install adobe flash. I installed new version several days ago and it has worked fine while playing.I am endanger of losing my consecutive days which is no big thing but I am close to 400. I sent an e-mail to WGT and did the basic optimizing to no avail. I am a senior citizen and not to computer savy. I would appreciate any help I can get and if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

  I have the same problem since installing latest Flash player.  Pop-up blocker on or off, still the same result - unable to play!

  Same here.....i normally use IE...so have switched to Google Chrome which seems to work. Would also like to know, however how to resolve the issue in Explorer?

  Why don't you try uninstalling the latest version of the flashplayer and then reinstall the older version? No idea if it'll work but I am sure I have seen this advice to people on here before.

  thanks tango but have tried that to no avail.im just relived other users are experiencing this problem and not just me.seems to have stated once the site was closed and then reopened.
