I was just taking a look at the leader board. Why is this format not TIER specific.

Unfortunately I cannot participate in this tourney. So I will refrain from making any opinions till such time that I have something constructive to say.
The tournament was limited to the first 50 registrants, 48fishy. This tournament is likely one of a few test runs, so future tournaments will (hopefully) see less exclusions and more participants.
I'm trying to play the 2nd round. The only thing I can do is click on "Practice" on the Tournament page, and then I get an Unexpected Error in the homepage of the Gameclient. Is that normal or what ?? Thks
The second round does not start till Nov 27, so that is why you can only practice. However you should not be getting an Unexpected Error when you select practice. Please try again and if this happens, right click and submit the error to us.

The unexpected error happens when you try to get to that Practice button from the link off the tournament calendar page. I sent the bug report in yesterday when it happened.
