Here at Southern England Links, we are coming up to 7 successful
years, renowned for being one of the most active country clubs
throughout the WGT Network.
We run Strokeplay leagues and cups, Order of Merit, CTTH leagues and cups which
are spread out over the calendar year, 4 individual tours comprising of
a 12 week schedule, with the highlight event 'The Major' also played
starting from week 6 on every tour, here is an example of the current
Major during this current Summer Tour, where competition is high and
participant numbers to a very good level SEL's British Open
In addition to that, we have a lot of in house match play events, the current 'MP Ladder League is proving very popular and will run alongside in the up and coming tours and lots of great tournaments ran by members, such as low credit premium comps and Last Man Standing event.
One thing i feel needs bringing to attention is the fantastic work our "relief fund" team
do. Various members within the club support any up and coming new
members, long term members who they summise to be worthy of a gift, or
anyone hitting hardship with gifts of balls and clubs. Again its forum
users who join in the every day banter and need a help with equipment
who are very well supported, this takes place at the beginning of each
calendar month.
As well as all the above, here at Southern England Links we run Inter
games throughout the year, normally around 4-5 games in total, which
participant numbers are high and are made available to all formats of
the WGT game, Flash, PCEA & Mobile, this along with our usual 3-4
squads we always put out in Finny's popular World Cup, so if Inter games
are your thing, then we accommodate that here too.
We are also currently planning our edition of 'The Ryder Cup' too
where match formats such as Singles, Four Ball Better Ball &
Alternate Shot will feature, along with Mobile H2H games, this has
always been one of the biggest events here and we'll be aiming to start
the next edition this coming November.

acceptation as long as you are at the Pro Tier or above currently.
We use our own Pro-boards website rather than the usual Country Club
forum, this has bundles of information about all our events, lots of
hints / tips on WGT, a PM service, and a live chat box, we ask members
who join here to then register for an account on our website here we
also have our own messenger group on a separate site along with our
newly created discord channel, where people can voice or text chat
during games, information on how to find these channels will be given
once joined up, its a great way to instantly find or arrange games.
