Just played a guy at level 65, Tour Pro with an avg of @79. But he was fully tooled up complete with R11. I thought it wasn't available till Level 88? Can it be gifted from a player above 88 "down" to a lower level player? I asked him how he got it, but he wasn't giving anything away. Also he played way better than 79, perhaps 10-12 strokes better. Luckily i had a good day at the office and squeaked thru.
