Kriztjan:
#11 breaks the other way or no break at all but dots are going crazy, i dont know how many putts ive missed from within 6ft on that hole, but alot.
I think I know the putt you're talking about, and if I'm right, there's plenty of break beside your line, but not much on it. (and if I'm wrong, disregard the rest of this post...lol)
Anyway, from what I can remember, the green slopes quite severely but then flattens out (with the "flat" part normally being on the line of your putt).
I think the problem stems from the fact that the dots represent the average break for an entire 2 foot grid square, whereas your ball only contacts the green over a fraction of an inch....in this case, on a flat part of the green. What appears to be a resonable slope over the entire grid square, is actually a more severe slope over only part of it, with the remainder being basically flat.
If it's the putt I'm thinking of, I used to miss it consistently, so now I usually just hit it straight and it seems to work. More or less....lol
I agree completely with your comments on 18 though. Any sort of decent green-speed and that hole's just plain cruel.
