  A friend is only getting 1 pass per day. Is it because he does not have a Premium account? If so, how can he get the Premium? I have a Premium account but can not remember how I became Premium.

  A player should get a pass every 12 hours , but only if he is using them . So 12 hours triggers when pass is used. A premier account can be bought from pro shop , for 18000 credits for one years membership.

  he might not have paid and been given 30 or 60 days free trial of premier by playing the flash version in the last month or so.

  You probably received a Free one month Premium Membership as a promo WGT was doing recently when players transitioned over to the new Launcher (PCEA) App. 

  Otherwise it would need to be purchased through the Pro Shop

  i have a premium account until Dec 31st but since the promo went on even to those with a premium account I only get one a day This is wrong !

  True!

  To be precise, it's twelve hours after the pass count goes to zero. Four hours during a clash. Wonder if this is for CC members only?

  Each CC pass purchase interrupts the countdown, effectively forcing players to spend more credits during a clash.

  Players who arnt in a cc , don’t receive any passes , as far as I am aware !

  This is logical!

  Also, it would be difficult for a CC-less player to join a Clash ;)
