Putter Pal NOT Working

  Hi all.

  My Putter pal is NOT working. I have no % lines when I put. It is activated in both the settings and purchased in the Pro Shop. I have tried resetting the settings back to default and that doesn't work. It's almost like there's a bug in the program. I updated to the latest version 1.67.0.212582_D

   

  I am working the Mac-OS version of the game. This stinks as it makes my putting WAY worse with out it ....

  Any help would be appreciated.

  First question were you playing the Flash Version before the new one became available ? If so many people have had to return to their Flash Version to enable some features. I believe putter pal and shot pal MUST be enabled in both versions, if you have both. Maybe this does not effect everyone, but it did me. Best of luck and hope you have a very Merry Christmas

  I just took a look you are in a dead club, which means not many members playing. The owner has not played in 2 years. Find you a club with active members where the owner is active and directors are active and the majority of the members play daily or several time a week. An active can help it's members with most issues + they will have a host of club tournaments to play and enjoy the game. Just my 2 cents

  As a member of a L6 CC, you need not buy neither Pal item - they are available as free boni from CC L2 and L4, respectively!

  I think it’s already been mentioned above but there are a few Options/Settings issues that right now require former Flash players to also go back to the Flash game and change the settings there as well. Putter and Shot Pal as well as removing the Hybrid for a third wedge in a players bag are know for this “glitch” 

  What will be really interesting is once Flash is unplugged next week, will these issues stop? And if they don’t, how will people be able to correct them with no access to the Flash accounts?? Hopefully the glitches go away with Flash but ... 😖

  Right underneath the 90% to 100% area of the meter is a S Pal or P Pal logo. It can sometimes be inadvertently clicked on and it will shut off the increments. If it is brightened then it is not the problem. If it is shaded then click on it. This turns increments on and off.

  It may be because of my resolution but there is nothing underneath the meter for either shot pal or putter pal on my PCEA game or mobile like there is on flash.

  I got it working!

   

  One of the responses I got from a support 'Contact us' told me to go into SETTINGS and turn OFF shot pal, AND Putter Pal and then turn them back ON.

   

  This worked for me!

  yes, toggling both got it working for me also
