WGT Customer Service Business Hours?

  Hello,

  I'm currently dealing with a matter with WGT through their members@wgt.com support email?

  Does anyone know their business hours of operation? I'm asking because it seems like it takes days to get just 1 reply. I don't want to seem pressed but it does seem like it's taking quite a while to get my issue resolved.

  (P.S.) I know it's the holidays, but this inquiry had started somewhat prior.

  Just looking for help.

  Make sure that you are messaging members@worldgolftour.com and not members@wgt.com. The @wgt.com email addresses only send out automated emails and notifications and aren't set to receive emails, so you wouldn't receive a response if you sent an inquiry to that address.

  Apparently not the right one...

  I'd propose to contact them via the "Contact" link below - it once provided an automated reply with a case number to refer to later.

  Correction: I have been dealing with members@worldgolftour.com.

  How long am I supposed to wait before sending a follow up email? I've already sent one and still nothing.
