Yiannis, I think the reason that it’s not 100% of the screen resolution selected (1920 x 1080) is because it’s compensating by decreasing the max vertical size to not cover up the lower Windows task bar. If you hid the lower task bar then I think it would fill the whole screen.
But the problem is not so much on vertical axis (which is a good thing since we can use our taskbar). The problem is on the horizontal axis....where u lose around 100 pixels with no reason at all.
Yes but when it compensates for the task bar by decreasing the window size vertically it creates a window that still maintains the 16:9 aspect ratio. If you hid the lower task bar the window would gain that vertical area of the task bar and would increase the width by 1.77 x the vertical increase.1845 x 1037 is exactly 96% (in both directions ) 1920 x 1080. They are the same aspect ratio.
I will test it and report back.
Ok...when i hide the taskbar and setting 1920 x 1080 window mode, i receive this...
Still doesn't make any sense...i lose at least 50-70 pixels on the low side.
And now...i reopen the game without touching anything and i receive this (taskbar is unlocked):
MarchieB: 1845 x 1037 is exactly 96% (in both directions ) 1920 x 1080. They are the same aspect ratio.

Yes, you are correct.
