  spent literally all day trying to get a game of alternate. what on earth is going on ?

  Yup. Played enough alt-shot games on the new version via laptop to know it worked OK prior to the 29th of this month. Now all I do is spin, spin, spin when looking to find a game.

  Agreed, everything worked fine in PCEA before shutting down Flash. I stopped playing the Flash version back in March.

  I think the issue is these options are simply not working on PCEA? ....Oh and on a side note it will work if I invite a specific player that I know is online and available....That is the only time tho..."Random Anybody" searches have not produced even 1 player showing up in the lobby and I have tried at least 100 times now...Same thing for me trying to join a game NEVER NOT ONCE have I found one... (And that started before the 29th)

  If WGT does not get this issue resolved I'm afraid players WILL actually give up on this game (for real this time) ...This is a much bigger issue than players upset about the fact that flash was going away or their dislike for the "New" version... 

  This is a legitimate  problem for WGT.....

  What good is it for players willing to accept the new version and not giving up after the death of flash if NOW you cant even find a game in ANY format "Randomly"?? Skins,Match,Stroke,Alt Shot....I've tried them all with ZERO success? On flash there was ALWAYS a game to be found or I could  create a game and players always showed up in my lobby..

  This is the most glaring problem followed closely by the friends list problem (Everyone showing green even tho their NOT available to play)

  JD👻 I think you hit the nail on the head!!! This is something that WGT needs to urgently get on top of. It’s not a new issue but I think many of us thought that once the Flash side was gone it would get better but that doesn’t seem to be the case.  
  What bothers me most is the lack of transparency at WGT. Who knows if they even know about the issue (I can’t see how they cannot) but they don’t acknowledge it and say something like “ we realize it’s a problem and we are working to correct it”  I don’t think that’s too much to ask.  

  As well the Green/Red(grey) status available light needs some work too. I do think that players can take some responsibility upon themselves to somewhat correct this by switching their “Online Availability” in the options to Online when available and to Offline when they are not.  It really does need to be changed so that when a Green player is playing they are greyed out until they are free again.

  Pssst... in a random alt-shot game as I post... fingers crossed it gets completed.

  I posted the same thing and Wgt removed my post 2 days ago.I often wonder what the other 15 million users are doing.

  JD I had the same issue turned Apparal off I thinki it called bonus of and bing I got games, but seriously thinking about finding another hobby cause of the useless UI designer who moved everything in opposite corners when u have to make stroke !

  I f they fire that guy or woman and get something where you can see things not need look around the monitor to find it.

   

  And where do you see where friends is online ???

  3. thing do they want to kill the social aspect of this game, when u cant have the chat window all the time ????

   

  The UI designer is definitely a no go fire the person !!!!

  Forgot a thing can I have Credits refunded because this is not the game I payed for and I want them back and then find another game!!!
