I have already sent an email on behalf of Helen, no response. Great customer service!

Erm, they're not even in yet! Plus, I'm sure there's more than one e-mail they need to look at. Give them a chance.

Considering today is a holiday, you should not expect a reply until they get back in the office?

Do you work on your days off?:)

Happy Columbus Day Everyone! Truly sad that some people can't play an online game without resorting to abusive chat. Really hope appropriate corrective action will be taken. Cheers

lol..someone who is a representative of wgt giving smart-assed replies to its customers is really unacceptable. you really didnt need to add the "do you work on your days off" comment. You are in charge of this forum and should act in a professional manner whilst moderating it. Should we really expect anything less from wgt though?

Heh-Good thing  Icon wasn't  being a smartass then. Do you have any idea how long it has taken to get him to relax and have fun in that miserable job he has? Chill, man, it looks good when the establishment shows a sense of humor.

not that smart ass of a remark..do you work on your day off.considering they deal with a zero tolerance fan base as yourself i think that was with in limits.I can only imagine the  variances of idiocy that would test any moderators patience.they have unfathomable amount of e-mails .many valid questions and in all probability; lame and redundant complaints that clutter and hinder the response of  issues that truly need to be addressed.
