Question about avgerages

  Hi all. Ive been playing for about 2 months now and achived an average of 70.05. I just made tour pro tonight. My first round after tour pro I shot +4 and my average jumped to 80. I don't know if it has something to do with turning tour pro or not but that was a huge change. Just curious.....Thanks OnceAround (Leo)

  hi

  when you reach new tier, average resets and new one will be based off the scores in the current tier.

  "When you REACH a new Tier"

  Your avge will begin to drop once you have played 20+ or more  Stroke games with Par or better results in your new Tier.

  Avge is accepted shortening here in Australia.

  well......

  to be pedantic...

  i wouldn't use the word "average"

  i think "rating" is better suited
