Former Monthly CTTH Putting Challenge Tourney

  this morning I experienced a different sequence of presented options when attempting to
  

  play this tourney which (evidently) no longer exists.

  play solo mode "my tournaments" … CTTH Putting Tourney/Challenge.

  
  

   After I click "my tournaments" a screen appears and asks that I enter a "code"

  "Please enter your tournament code" . . . Which I have no knowledge of.

   I would attach screenshot but that option is not available here.
  

  
  

   Is there a "code" available that I can enter to continue to play the Monthly CTTH Putting Challenge ?

  
  

   I have yet to receive from WGT any reasonable explanation of just where this Tourney

  disappeared to or if it will ever again be available for play in the future.

  No there is not.

  October1918:

  "Please enter your tournament code"

  This section is reserved for "special" events. Champion's Super Secret event was the inaugural event and has been the only one unless I am mistaken.

  The Best of Putting course went away when Flash went away.  And I didn't see a CTTH Putting Challenge listed in the list of January or February tournaments.  So I think it's very unlikely you'll see it again anytime soon.

  However I played the January CTTH Putting Challenge Tourney until Jan 12 I think.

  Sounds like you clicked the "Enter New Tournament Code" button by mistake. This button is reserved for special events created by WGT.

  Yep, you sure did.  I was looking in the past results for January on the Tournament Calendar and it's not there.  Guess when WGT yanked it disappeared off the results page too.
