Are you getting an error on the WGTLauncher program when you try to update?
If you are using golf.exe instead of WGTLauncher.exe you won't receive the update, be sure to launch WGTLauncher from your computer to update.

ScottHope: As Champ asked, are you running the game from the WGT Launcher icon on your desktops?
That is correct Scott.
I have had several friends that were using the Play Now button to activate the game and were having issues.
I suggested to them to use the WGT Launcher Icon on their desktop to launch the game and the problem was solved. The game was able to update.
