to receive credits

  hello,

  i have played several tournaments "Tour Master 9 Hole Bracket Tournament" with free entry.

  The purse was 720 credits for the first, 432 for the second, 144 for the third and fourth.

  i won 2 tournaments and made semi finalist in other tournaments.

  i did not receive any credits.

  please, how long does it take to receive credits ?

  If you haven't found anything in the guidelines for the tournaments or the forums, then you can send an email to WGT Support.

  You have already been told in another thread you were playing in a free bracket tournament. There is no purse in a free to play bracket tourney. The purse shown is just a glitch in the system. There is only a purse if you have to pay an entry fee to play in a bracket tournament, I noticed on your profile page that English might not be your first language so I also made this post in French, 

  On vous a déjà dit dans un autre fil de discussion que vous jouiez dans un tournoi de bracket gratuit. Il n'y a pas de bourse dans un tournoi de support gratuit. Le sac à main montré n'est qu'un problème dans le système. Il n'y a qu'un sac à main si vous devez payer un droit d'entrée pour jouer dans un tournoi de bracket,
