  Over the last 2 days when I attempt to sign into the game I get a screen that states that WGT has applied an upgrade to the app. In addition, the bottom of the screen shows a "loading" message but it never loads.  When I click on the "upgrade now" message it simply sends me to the initial screen that normally states "Open Golf"  but nothing happens.  When I close that screen and get to the Play Now screen and click on Play Now it sends me back to that "Upgrade" and "Loading" screen that never loads.   It just continually asks me to Upgrade which just send me into an unending loop.

   

  Can anyone help?  I did message WGT/Top Golf but I have yet to hear back.

  Not sure if I can help but I can offer you something to try...

  Instead of clicking the Play Now button to launch the game use the WGT Launcher Icon on your desktop OR click the Start button (Windows) and locate the WGT Launcher.

  Some friends have had success using this method.

  hey ive tried everything and came up with nothing really wish WGT do something about this soon...lost my sting of days...sucks..

  Thanks Don.  Using the WGT icon on my desktop did the trick.  All the best and stay safe.

  I got this from a fellow golfer named Don when I complained and it worked.  Let me know how you make out.
