Game Ended Without Winner

  I was in an Alternate shot game, about the 6th hole, then suddenly it flashed 

  "Game Ended Without Winner".   Is this a glitch? Anybody else ever see this?  They didnt make an option that if somebody wants to quit, they can do that without a winner or loser, did they?
