Green Speed

  Why after I enter a Stoke play tournament the conditions for the green speed will say very fast... and when I play the round it says fast? When I play a stroke tournament with green speed of fast the and when I play it says stanard... or something similar..?

  I've seen this same thing, but I figure its just a "general" description of the condition. Also WGT modified the game recently so that all the greens were faster, so a 10 foot putt now rolls 12 feet on a fast green.

   

  But I've seen this same difference in conditions description in tournaments.

  The conditions listed in the menu and the actual condition in the game should be the same... we'll look into this.

  Yeah Alex, it's actually quite confusing.  When you are in the gameclient and looking at the menu, the majority of the tournaments (and CTTH) say the green speeds are "Very Fast". 

  The system I've devised to deal with this in the meantime is below:

  When it says "Very Fast" it's always Fast.

  When it says "Fast" in the display, it's probably going to stay Fast, though one time (I think the first week of new speeds) it came out Standard.

  When it says "Standard" in the display, it's always Slow.

  Also, I'd like to suggest adding the conditions to the tournament page on the actual website.  That way we can see the conditions (and tees) without first having to load the game client.

  this bug is currently evident on the multi round game. Initial screen says Standard speed... actual play is slow.
