help - member has passed away

  hi all,

  I am sorry to inform that my dad, a member for 11 years passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago. I am tidying up all paperwork etc and wanted to ask, do I simply log out the account? does the game have any subscription fees I will need to cancel?

  First and foremost, so sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours.

  As far as the account goes, there are no subscription fees you have to cancel. You can simply log out.

  May your father rest in peace.

   

  To log out, simply click Junedon on the left of the screen under the Play Now button. Then click Sign Out

  My dad got a huge amount of pleasure out of playing, and loved showing me his progress/games many times.

  very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. We at Boooom CC played with him quite often and we are very sad to hear what has happened.

  If he had Premier that might be on a subscription.
