WGT Window has shrunk. Game not playable.

    Hello All,

    I'm experiencing an issue with the WGT Windows app. When I launch the WGT launcher, it opens and run through the start up process - loading the app and checking for updates and then it shows the final splash screen with the PLAY button at the bottom. When I click the play button, the WGT window opens but not to full size. A small portion of the window opens. The best way to describe what I'm experiencing is if one were to grab an application window from the bottom right or left corner of the window and resize it to its smallest frame size. E.g. grab the bottom right corner and drag it to the upper left corner. Now imagine that you can only see the top left application icon and the three window sizing, hiding, and close icons, and a small sliver of the actual window. This is what I'm experiencing. I'm unable to resize or perform any interactive actions to the window other than closing the window or moving the window. The application has been working up until a few days ago. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that had zero impact. I captured a screenshot to share. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Thank in advance.

    Try holding CTRL when launching the app and continue to hold it until a menu window comes up and then change the game resolution. This should resolve the issue.

    You might also try  opening your task manager then right click on golf(32 bit) and choose expand. Then right click on WGT golf and choose maximize.

    OM Gosh, I had tried EVERYTHING!  Thanks, that worked for my problem as well.  You duh man!

    I'm using Windows 10.  None of these suggestions worked. 

    Some research on the unity game engine tech site revealed a Screenmanager key in the registry.  Simply open RegEdit, Find and delete all WGT keys.  You'll have to re-login, but it works.

    I've tried everyone's advice, and nothing works. I'm using Windows 11, and the game app/icon notifies me that there is a cloud sync error with the app. I tried to find a way to fix the sync error but couldn't. I've tried uninstalling-reinstalling, but that too failed. The game had been working fine until a week ago. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
