  Firstly, vn HIO.

  Secondly, I think not. It's more than likely there were day 1 HIO's, seeing as

  1. Very easy settings
  2. It's going to be played a lot due to the news announcement.

  However, it's more than likely it's the first #17 HIO for this tourney.
