My game is stuck at home screen

  I am new to this game and wanted to play with some friends. I made an account and now it is stuck on the home screen I cannot click anything and its frozen for both my phone and pc. it happened right after the first time it asked me to rent a shirt. im assuming its an account issue not game since its happening on all of my devices.

  Not sure whats going on but try this.

  1. Delete the app on your phone.
  2. Look at the second post in the following thread and do a Full PC "Launcher" Uninstall
  3. Reinstall the Launcher App. See if it works.
  4. Reinstall the Mobile App.
