I've been getting a longer than average 'wait' time to find a coin room opponent.

Oh, btw, yes - I am in fact back with another rant.

Because upgrading apparel happens when a sponsor is active, when I first log in I'll immediately activate my chosen sponsor and do some quick coin room games. I avg 5 or 6 quick holes. Lately, I'm stuck at opponent selection with a room that indicates 100+ people in. After a rather agonizing 6 or 7 minutes (!) I pop back out to see if there's a glitch of some sort, re-enter the room and see my Sponsor has been ticking down the whole time. I finally get an opponent, play the hole, come out - and get stuck again. I only manage 2 holes (a par 3 and a par 4) in 30 minutes due to sitting inactive at a 'waiting' prompt!

Now, to be completely honest, I'd not be here to complain AT ALL if it weren't for the fact that WGT keeps begging me to spend cash money on credits, Yet every single glitch I encounter in this game penalizes ME, the 'customer'. And I simply am NOT going to spend a dime on a game/app that values me that little. If it can't find me an opponent when there are supposedly 100+ in the same room, I should be REWARDED with credits for every minute spent waiting, and my sponsor ticker should be FROZEN while I'm not actively on a course. Those 15+ minutes I spent staring at an unmoving 'wait' screen could have been spent taking a survey and acquiring 150 credits.

I get it. This is a 'new player' rant and likely not a bother for any veterans, but understand this. This game and community relies on players, their participation and investment monetarily and in communities. If good potential community members and investors are chased off because WGT doesn't value them, the game will close sooner than it has to - and all the communities suffer that loss.

So it should be everyone's concern that players - and the time they spend here - are both treated like they matter.

    Thanks for listening.
