camera angles

  I have not played in a few years so maybe my memory is wrong but. I use to be able to get directly behind my shot as far as angle. Why are all or most of the angles to the side now?, funky angles.

  I'm afraid your memory is wrong, rooster. I've been playing it since 2015 and the camera angles have ALWAYS been funky. You hardly ever get a view straight behind the ball or the hole cup.

  FYI, I find this video extremely helpful to deal with the "lying" dots caused by these funky camera angles. I'm sure it will help your game as well. Good luck.
