I ran into an issue yesterday where my putter pal would not work. I thought there was a glitch at the beginning of the round when the putter pal was showing in the middle of the screen after my tee shot. I checked settings and it was on, but I had to turn it off to remove it from the screen. Proceeding this, I would turn it back on and apply changes/save and it when I go back in it would be off. It's now showing on in settings, but still does not work. Shot pal is fine.
I have purchased it and shows as equipped when I go to the prop shop.
I have reached out to WGT but have not heard
