One of my dad's favorite bands,,, Metallica. they were my first concert (1994) 27 years ago today and yesterday... can't recall if we went on June 21st or 22nd they played two days in a row. I was only old enough to have a driver's permit and my Mom, Dad and Uncle needed a designated driver LOL. Had a blast. Oddly enough, 3 years later 6/21/97 I was in the Army and just got married. We celebrated 24 years yesterday. :-)
RIP Dad (5/17/57 - 5/27/21) , I can't listen to Metallica without getting teary-eyed at the moment.
