I think i want to decide which team i want to join and what course i want to join.
So middle column it should show all team that is waiting ( course and other stats )
This way it will be like Guildwars season 1 ( best game ever)
And also need to be able to invite friend first to form a team. instead of selecting course and invite people.
Form team then select course is best way to find common goals.
