What are the tiers related to stoke average? I'm a master with average 63.3. When do i get tour pro. I have been a master since Level 30.

Haven't you been a tour pro already? If you are referring to tour master, then you are almost there, (provided you have played enough ranked rounds) You should get there once your ave. dips below 63.
