Just to warn everyone, don't go for the 'free' trial with be2 dating website.  I registered for it last night, but when I input my card details for the free 10 day Premium Member trial, it declined my card for reasons unknown.  I emailed trialpay about it as I still expected to be given the 2,500 credits you get for signing up.

This morning, I got a phone call from my bank about suspicious activity on my account.  be2 had tried (and failed) 4 times to withdraw £89.92 from my bank account.  Thankfully, the bank was alert to it as there was more than sufficient funds in my account.  The lady confirmed it had been a request to withdraw the funds, not just put a hold on them.

I've emailed trialpay and told them I want to raise a complaint against them and be2 for their dishonesty, so be wary everyone.

I had no problems with them. I just registered then cancelled a week later. 1,500 credits instantly and lots of saucy e-mails from the ladies.

    hi

please read the fine print. I believe they charge initially but then refund if cancelled within 30 days.

I don't sign up for anything with the intent of cancelling it a few months later.  My experience is that the refund that you will get is much more difficult to receive than the charge to your card or account.

There are a lot of offers for things that I use once in a while that I tend to get.  For example Shari's Berries has some incredible chocolate dipped strawberries and other things that go over great for birthdays, valentine's, etc.  Go Daddy has a great deal on buying a domain name, etc.  Netflix has an offer for a service that most people have or want.  These type of offers generally get you a few thousand credits for something that i would buy anyway without fear of being double charged or having to fight to get a refund.

Seriously???  They charge you 100 Euros (i'm assuming that's what it was with the exchange rate) then promise to refund it?  That's a joke and you know it.  No way whatsoever should a charge be put on our account for a "FREE" trial!!

Nothing more than a scam, I am very disappointed that WGT/trialpay would work something like this.  It said on the bold print that the card details were for nothing more than verification.

What a joke, i'm even more angry now!!

i don't know exactly how much but usually that stuff is clearly spelled out. many companies do that high  $ due to folks using prepaid cc's to fake signups.

these offers are done via trial page, so we have no actual control over it, so please make sure you read all fine print prior to doing any offers.

I also signed up for this be2 promo because it said you get a free trial,as soon as i signed up i recieved a phone call from my bank aswell saying you have suspicious activity on your card,i checked my bank str8 away and they had indeed taken the payment so i rang the bank number i was told to do and they informed me it was a ghost payment from an escort agency registered in holland. So i immediately sent this company e-mails wishing to cancel my subscription and wanted my money refunding,3 days later they did reply to my e-mail and refunded my money thankfully,

I'm now very wary of any sort of free trial promo's

ps may i suggest you go for the 7 free day trial for the music downloads for 850 credits as they haven't taken any money out of my account and you get £12 of free credits to download songs which my mrs has been greatful for lol just be careful on the song you download as it might not be sung by the origonal artist as my mrss found out lol
