It seems to have been global.
wgt.com was responding to normal ICMP pings but not to pings to TCP ports 80/443
Also, the Windows app was erratic at best, and actually kicked me out twice.
I am astounded that a company that has a global customer base does not have 24/7 support staff and senior engineers on standby that they can kick it upstairs to, when necessary.
Basically today we had to wait for the San Francisco staff to wake up, realize something was wrong and restart whatever services they had to.
