You should automatically give it a gimme within 2 feet from hole..
or at the lease the option to play that way...
I disagree, for the ranked games you should have to put everything out. Some of those two foot putts are tough depending on the slope of the green and even the pros miss them sumtimes.
No sir! I can see a gimme in practice but NOT in competition unless it's match play. If your opponent concedes your putt, then it's a gimme. If not, you gotta putt it under all circumstances.
Overall? NO GIMMES! Play the game! (Sorry, I'm a purist.)
No gimme. In a real game I was playing a guy who was very good and very cocky. We were tied to the 18th! He was about 6" from the cup and said how about gimme. I said no. Guess what? He choked and I won! No gimmes.
A MUST HAVE feature. As all SortaGolfers know, "Inside The Leather Is Good"
No gimme., this is closer to real golf., i have lost a lot of putt with less than 4 ft
Putt it...
Maybe not within 2 feet as it's possible to miss those. Within 1 foot should be gimmes to help speed the game up and it's virtually impossible to miss those unless you're an idiot.
Disagree - Putt everything
Sorts the men from the boys
I missed a 1.5 foot putt for a par. Bogeyed the hole. It broke harder right than I thought. Boy was I pissed! But that's why we play the game.
