Length of time to get a decent reply from WGT by email?

    When I sent an email yesterday about rental clubs which I cannot see in my inventory and therefore unable to equip, I got a bog standard reply saying that all I had to do was equip them. It's now over 12 hours since I replied saying that they were nowhere and I couldn't equip them. I understand the fact that people need to sleep but that was over 12 hours ago I now only have 3 hours left of my rental clubs without being able to swing a 9 iron in anger. Any help would be appreciated. PS. I followed all the steps in the help emails, clearing cache, flash etc but still no joy.

    Thanks to the person who replied to my email but it hasn't helped I'm afraid. I know how to equip clubs, but, there are only 4 sets or irons I am able to equip, Burner Plus (27+), EasySwing Iron Set, Starter Iron Set and Beginner Iron Set. None are the Ping ones I rented.
